85°C Bimetal Thermostat for Reliable Thermal Protection
This bimetal thermostat is the professional solution for protecting your electrical equipment against overheating. It automatically regulates the temperature at 85°C, preventing malfunctions and extending the lifespan of your appliances. Ideal for coffee makers, water heaters, irons, and many other household or industrial applications.
What you get with this product
- Automatic overheat protection — the circuit breaks at 85°C, preventing component burnout
- Universal compatibility — easily mounts on coffee makers, heaters, dispensers, irons, and radiators
- High durability — robust bimetal contact, tested for thousands of connection-disconnection cycles
- Quick installation — simple mechanical mounting with screws, no complex equipment modifications
- Standard-compliant safety — supports current up to 10A and voltage of 250V under continuous working conditions
How it works and how to install it
The thermostat contains a bimetallic strip that expands as the temperature rises. When it reaches 85°C, the electrical contact automatically breaks, cutting off power. After cooling, the contact is restored. Mounting is done by attaching the metal casing with its four mounting holes to the equipment surface, followed by connecting the electrical terminals to the power circuit.
