How it works and how to install
The power supply converts 220V AC current from the outlet into 24V DC current, necessary for the operation of the LEDs. Connect the black 3-wire cable to the electrical network, and the two white 2-wire cables to the LED installation — polarity clearly marked. Secure the power supply with screws through the holes in the casing, ensuring it is well ventilated.
Installation takes less than 15 minutes and requires no special tools. The power supply starts automatically when powered and regulates the output current according to the consumption of the connected installation.
Frequently asked questions
How many meters of LED strip can I connect to this power supply?
It depends on the type of strip. For 24V LED strips with 14.4W/meter, you can connect approximately 27 meters. For strips with 24W/meter, you can connect a maximum of 16 meters.
Can I leave the power supply outside in winter at low temperatures?
Yes, the power supply works without problems down to -40°C. Make sure it is mounted in a position that allows water drainage and do not let the cables hang directly in the snow.
Do I need to install a separate fuse for the power supply?
We recommend connecting via a 10A fuse on the dedicated outdoor lighting circuit for additional protection.
