How it works and how to install
The fuse link is installed in the vehicle's fuse box, in the position corresponding to the 20A circuit. When the current exceeds 20 amps, the internal filament melts and breaks the circuit, protecting the electrical component from damage. To replace, visually identify the blown fuse or use a tester, remove it from the holder, and insert a new one until it clicks into place. The standard size of 19x13mm fits all modern ATO/ATC type fuse boxes.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if the fuse is blown?
Visually through the transparent housing — the metal filament will be broken. Or use a continuity tester.
Will they fit my car?
Yes, if your vehicle uses standard 19x13mm ATO/ATC fuses and has a 20A circuit in its electrical diagram.
Why do fuses blow frequently in my car?
This indicates a problem in the circuit — a short circuit, a faulty consumer, or an undersized wire. Resolve the cause before replacing the fuse.
