How it works and how to install
The RJ45 FTP Cat6E connector uses a pass-through system: after stripping the cable, the 8 conductors are inserted through the connector until they exit through the front opening, where their order can be easily checked and corrected. Once the correct position is confirmed, the ends are cut flush with the connector using a knife or crimping tool, after which the connector is crimped with a standard RJ45 crimping tool compatible with pass-through connectors. The process is significantly faster than with classic connectors and reduces the rejection rate during crimping.
