360-degree infrared motion sensor for automatic lighting
This mini Slim PIR sensor RT310 detects movement in any direction and automatically activates lights, eliminating the need for manual switches. Ideal for hallways, bathrooms, offices, or garages, it is flush-mounted in the ceiling and saves energy by automatically turning off lights when you're not in the room. Compatible with light fixtures up to 100W, it operates directly at 220-240V without additional devices.
What you get with this product
- Real energy savings — lights turn off automatically after 8 seconds to 7 minutes after leaving the room, configurable as needed
- Complete coverage with no dead zones — 360-degree detection within a 6-meter range, perfect for central rooms or large spaces

- Reliable operation in all conditions — supports humidity up to 93% RH, suitable for bathrooms and kitchens
- Direct connection without complications — simply wired to the 220V mains and controls loads up to 100W
How it works and how to install
The sensor uses PIR (passive infrared) technology that detects temperature variations produced by a moving human body, without reacting to static objects or small animals. It is flush-mounted in the ceiling at heights between 2.2 and 4 meters, connecting directly to the power cables of the light fixture. After installation, you adjust the LUX sensitivity (to avoid activation in daylight) and the delay time until it turns off, according to your preferences. No programming or apps are needed — it operates autonomously from the moment of connection.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it activate from pets or is it too sensitive?
The PIR sensor is calibrated for human body detection and movement at normal walking speed (0.6-1.5 m/s). Small household pets (cats, dogs under 10 kg) do not usually activate the sensor if it is correctly mounted at height, but it also depends on the room temperature.
Can I adjust how long the light stays on after I leave the room?
Yes, the sensor has a potentiometer for time adjustment between 8 seconds (minimum) and 7 minutes (maximum). We recommend 1-2 minutes for bathrooms and hallways, 5-7 minutes for offices or workspaces.
Does it work with any type of LED bulb or does it have limitations?
Yes, it works with LEDs, energy-saving bulbs, and incandescent bulbs up to a total load of 100W. Important: some LED bulbs with incompatible drivers may flicker — test before final installation or use quality bulbs.
