How it works and how to install it
The heating element is secured into the boiler via the standard thread, and the copper element heats the water through the Joule effect at 220-240V. The thermostat is inserted into the specially provided flange and automatically stops heating at the set temperature. Installation requires draining the boiler, unscrewing the old element, cleaning the flange of deposits, and installing the new element with a new gasket. The entire operation takes less than 1 hour for a person with basic tools.

Will it fit my 80 or 100-liter boiler?
Yes, the standard threaded heating element can be installed on any electric boiler with a threaded connection, regardless of capacity. Just check that your boiler has a thread, not a bolted flange.
How long does such a heating element last before it burns out?
The average lifespan is 3-5 years under normal use conditions. Limescale deposits accelerate wear, so we recommend annual cleaning and using a descaling filter if the water is very hard.
Do I need to change the thermostat along with the heating element?
Not necessarily, only if the existing thermostat is no longer functioning correctly or has been damaged. If the old thermostat is functional, you can continue to use it with the new heating element.
