How it works and how to install
The heating element is mounted via the PSQ flange in the lower part of the boiler, connecting to the 230V electrical network. The 175mm bent copper loop submerges in water and converts electrical energy into heat, raising the liquid's temperature. Installation requires prior draining of the boiler, removal of the old flange, cleaning of limescale deposits, and securing the new heating element with the included gaskets and screws. The entire operation takes approximately 45-60 minutes for a person with minimal DIY experience. The central thread allows the attachment of the magnesium anode which protects the metallic walls of the boiler.
