How it works and how to install
The heating element is installed by replacing the old one: drain the boiler, loosen the flange with an adjustable wrench, extract the worn heating element and insert the new component, ensuring that the thermostat and anode are correctly positioned. After securing the flange with the original screws, reconnect the wires to the marked terminals, fill the boiler and power it on.
The heating element operates at 220V, converting electrical current into heat distributed evenly through the bent copper tubes. The thermostat automatically cuts off power when the set temperature is reached, protecting against overheating.
