Momentary Push Button for various DC and AC voltages
The momentary push button with a flame-retardant ABS plastic housing is a compact and reliable solution for manual control of electrical circuits at DC voltages between 6V and 72V, and AC voltages up to 250V. It is suitable for industrial, automotive, marine, and lighting applications where a momentary contact is required upon pressing. The robust construction with brass terminals and a hexagonal fixing nut ensures secure mounting in a control panel or board.
What you get with this product
- Compatible with a wide range of voltages — works with both DC (6V, 9V, 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V, 72V) and AC (110V, 220V, 250V), without additional parts
- Quick panel installation — requires only a 20 mm diameter hole and includes the hexagonal fixing nut in the package
- Brass terminals with screws — the wire connection is mechanically stable and vibration-resistant, without risk of loosening over time
- Flame-retardant ABS body — the material resists heat and does not propagate flames, suitable for environments with moderate thermal risk
- Visible red cap — the button is easy to identify on control panels with multiple actuators
- Universal use — automotive, boats, production machinery, motors, pumps, or lighting circuits
How it works and how to install
The button works through momentary NO (normally open) contact — the circuit closes only while pressed, automatically returning to its original position upon release. Installation does not require special tools: drill a 20 mm hole in the control panel, insert the button, tighten the hexagonal nut from the back, and connect the wires to the two brass screw terminals. The required depth behind the panel is a maximum of 25 mm.
Frequently asked questions
Does the button stay pressed after I release it?
No. It is a momentary button — the contact is active only as long as you hold it down, after which it automatically returns to the initial position.
What diameter hole do I need to make in the panel for mounting?
A 20 mm diameter hole and a free depth of maximum 25 mm behind the panel are required.
Can I use this button at 220V AC?
Yes, the button is compatible with AC voltages up to 250V, including the standard 220V single-phase network.
