100A Three-Phase Multifunctional Protector with Complete V/A/Hz/kWh Monitoring
Professional electronic device that simultaneously measures and protects three-phase electrical installations against all network anomalies. Ideal for industrial panels, generators, pumping stations, and three-phase machinery, it ensures equipment safety through automatic disconnection upon detecting any fault.
What you get with this product
- Complete automatic protection — instant disconnection on overvoltage, undervoltage, phase imbalance, reverse sequence, or abnormal frequency, preventing equipment damage
- Real-time monitoring on LCD display — simultaneously view voltage on all 3 phases, current, power, consumed energy, and frequency, without additional devices
- Low energy consumption — self-consumption below 5W, kWh totalizer for optimizing electricity costs
- Quick DIN rail installation — mounting in the electrical panel in a maximum of 15 minutes, direct connections for cables up to 25mm²
- Long-lasting operation — Class 1.0 accuracy, thermal resistance -10°C to +55°C, ideal for industrial environments
- Smart power management — 2 programmable 5A relays allow automation and consumption limiting to the set threshold
How it works and how to install it
The protector is mounted on a standard DIN rail in the electrical panel. You connect the mains voltage and the phases to be measured according to the diagram in the manual, then configure the desired protection thresholds using the front buttons. Once powered, the LCD display automatically shows all electrical parameters in real-time. Upon detecting an anomaly (voltage too high/low, incorrect frequency, phase imbalance), the relays disconnect the power supply in under 100ms and signal the alarm.
Installation does not require complex programming — common settings are pre-configured, and fine adjustments are made via an intuitive menu. The device operates autonomously after connection and can optionally be integrated into monitoring systems via the RS485 Modbus interface.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if the protector is compatible with my electrical panel?
The device is mounted on a standard 35mm DIN rail present in over 95% of electrical panels and works with any 230/400V three-phase network. Just check that you have space for 8 modules (approx. 14cm wide).
Can I use the protector without external current transformers?
Yes, it directly measures currents up to 100A by direct connection to the circuit. Current transformers are only necessary for installations over 100A or special situations with very thick cables.
What happens if there's a problem with the network when I'm not home?
The protector automatically disconnects the power supply and saves the event in memory. When the voltage returns to normal parameters, you can see on the display what type of anomaly occurred and when. Optionally, you can connect an alert system via the additional relays.
