How it works and how to install it
Thermal paste fills microscopic irregularities on the surface of the processor and cooler, eliminating air pockets that block heat transfer. Apply a minimal amount, about the size of a grain of rice, to the center of the processor, then evenly press down the heatsink. For power LEDs, apply a thin layer to the back of the module before attaching it to the heatsink. Cleaning surfaces with isopropyl alcohol before application is recommended for optimal results.
