VC9205N Digital Multimeter with Auto Power Off Function
The ideal tool for quick diagnosis in electrical installations, circuit testing, and car component troubleshooting. It displays all measurements on a 3-digit LCD screen and automatically shuts off after disuse to save battery life. Includes 80 cm test leads and supports measurements up to 1000V DC voltage.
What you get with this product
- Battery saving through automatic shut-off after a period of disuse, so you won't leave the device on anymore
- Precise measurements for AC/DC voltage, current, resistance, capacitance, and diode testing, all in one device
- 80 cm test leads included, long enough for comfortable access to measurement points
- Clear 3-digit LCD screen displaying values up to 1999, read results instantly without effort
- Protection with integrated 250V/0.2A fuse, work safely even in overloaded circuits
- Operates within a wide temperature range between -20°C and 400°C, resistant to difficult conditions
How it works and how to set it up
The multimeter does not require installation. Insert the 9V battery into the back compartment, select the desired measurement type by rotating the central knob (AC/DC voltage, current, resistance, capacitance, or diode test), then connect the test leads to the points to be measured. The result appears immediately on the LCD screen. After 15-20 minutes of disuse, the device automatically turns off to conserve battery life.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can it measure normal 220V outlet voltage?
Yes, it supports measurements up to 700V AC and 1000V DC, so your home's 220V voltage can be safely measured using the AC voltage function.
Is the battery included in the package?
No, the 9V battery is purchased separately. Any standard 9V battery will work.
Can I test LED bulbs or car batteries with it?
Yes, it tests car batteries using the DC voltage function and circuit continuity for LEDs using the diode or resistance function.
