How it works and how to install it
The 4C Speak-ON male connector disassembles into three parts: the body with contacts, the cable clamp, and the rear cap. The cable is inserted through the cap and the clamp, the wires are soldered or tightened with screws onto the 4 numbered pins (1+, 1-, 2+, 2-), after which the body is reassembled by screwing. Connection to the Speakon female socket is done by aligning and gently rotating until a locking click is heard; unlocking is done by pressing the side metal button.
