How it works and how to install it
The strip comes rolled on a spool and has double-sided adhesive tape along its entire length — just peel off the protective film and apply it directly to the desired surface: coving, countertop, shelf, door frame, or the wall behind the TV. Connect the end of the strip to the controller, the controller to the power supply, and the power supply to a 220V outlet. The controller-remote pair is pre-associated from the factory, and the Bluetooth app connects in a few seconds after downloading. The entire process takes less than 20 minutes and requires no power tools.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use this LED strip in the bathroom or on an uncovered terrace?
The IP65 protection makes it resistant to splashes and moderate humidity, but it is not recommended for immersion in water or direct exposure to rain. On a covered terrace or in a bathroom (without direct contact with water), it works without problems.
Can I extend the strip beyond 5 meters or cut it to a shorter length?
The strip can be cut at each marked segment (every 3 LEDs, approximately every 5cm). For extension beyond 5 meters, an additional power supply and a connector are required, as the included power supply is sized for 5m.
Does the Bluetooth control app work with any phone?
Yes, the app is compatible with both Android and iOS. It can be downloaded for free from Google Play or the App Store and connects via Bluetooth to the controller included in the kit.
