Does it also work in reverse, i.e., from HDMI to VGA?
No, the converter works exclusively in the direction of VGA (input) to HDMI (output). A different adapter is required for the reverse direction.
Do I need a separate charger for power?
The included USB cable can be connected to any USB port on the computer or to a standard 5V USB charger; a dedicated power source is not required.
Is the sound automatically transmitted via HDMI or does it need to be set separately?
