Frequently Asked Questions
Does it work with my AHD, TVI, or CVI camera?
No. The converter is exclusively compatible with CVBS analog cameras. It does not support AHD, TVI, CVI, or SDI signals and cannot convert cable TV signals.
Do I need a separate HDMI cable or is it included in the package?
The HDMI cable is not included. The package contains the converter and power adapter. The HDMI cable must be purchased separately, depending on the distance between the converter and the screen.
What do I do if no image appears on the screen after connection?
Check that the input signal is CVBS analog, that the power adapter is correctly connected, and that the TV or monitor is set to the appropriate HDMI input. A loose BNC connector contact can also cause a lack of image — reconnect the cable firmly.
