25A Three-Phase Contactor for Safe Control of Industrial Circuits
This general LC1D contactor ensures efficient switching of three-phase electrical circuits up to 25A, making it the ideal solution for motors, pumps, elevators, and industrial equipment. With a 220V control coil and 3 power poles, it offers overload protection and automatic control of high-power electrical installations.
What you get with this product
- Automatic protection for motors and electrical equipment against overloads and damage
- Universal compatibility with 220V/380V three-phase systems for residential and industrial installations
- Robust construction with ABS body and wear-resistant metal contacts, designed for frequent operation
- Quick installation on standard DIN rail with screw fixing, no special tools required
- Precise control of circuits up to 9A per phase, ideal for water pumps, elevator motors, or production lines
- CE and CCC certification for operational safety according to European and international standards
How it works and how to install it
The contactor operates by applying a 220V control voltage to the coil, which attracts the electromagnetic core and closes the main 25A contacts, allowing current to flow to the consumer. When the control voltage is interrupted, the spring returns the contacts to the open position. Installation is done on a 35mm DIN rail by screw fixing, connecting the wires to the marked terminals according to the electrical diagram, respecting the coil polarity and the phases of the power circuit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use this contactor for a single-phase 3kW motor?
Yes, the contactor can control single-phase or three-phase motors up to 4kW at 380V or 2.2kW at 220V, making it suitable for most domestic and light industrial applications.
What voltage should I apply to activate the contactor?
The control coil requires 220V AC for activation. The power circuit voltage can be 380V or 220V, depending on your installation configuration.
How often can the contactor be operated without damage?
It is designed for frequent operations, with wear resistance ensured by quality metal contacts and robust construction according to IEC 60947 standards.
