Non-latching push button for industrial circuit control
The LA2 Push Button offers instant and safe control for electrical panels, contactors, and relays in industrial and commercial applications. With a normally closed contact and 250V AC / 5A switching capacity, it ensures reliable operation in professional electrical installations. Robust construction from flame-retardant materials, simple panel mounting.
What you get with this product
- Instant, non-locking control — the button automatically returns to position after pressing, ideal for momentary starts
- Compatible with standard industrial contactors and relays — integrates directly into existing circuits
- Flame-retardant construction from ebonite and polycarbonate — resists high temperatures and mechanical shocks
- Maximum visibility with prominent red cap — quick identification in complex panels
- Fast M36 thread mounting — stable panel mounting, no play or vibrations
- Normally closed 5A contact — supports control loads without overheating
How it works and how to install it
The button has a normally closed contact that instantly opens when pressed, interrupting the control circuit. When you release the button, the internal spring automatically returns it to position and the contact closes again. Installation is done through a 36mm hole in the electrical panel, secure the button with the threaded nut from the back and connect the wires to the screw terminals visible on the back of the unit.
Frequently asked questions
What do non-latching and normally closed contact mean?
Non-latching means the button returns to position by itself after pressing. Normally closed contact means that in the resting state, the circuit is closed, and when pressed, it opens.
Can I directly switch 5A devices or is it only for control?
It is designed for control circuits (contactors, relays). For direct switching of high loads, the recommendation is to use an intermediate contactor.
What hole diameter do I need to make in the panel?
The hole in the panel must have a 36mm diameter for the mounting thread.
