How it works and how to install it
The strip is covered with a silicone layer that diffuses light uniformly and provides IP65 protection, creating the characteristic neon flex effect. Installation does not require advanced electrical knowledge: the strip comes with an EU plug and an in-line switch, so it can be mounted by adhesion with double-sided adhesive tape or mechanical clips, then connected directly to a 220V socket. It can only be cut at the markings indicated on the strip, without affecting the rest of the roll.

Yes, the IP65 protection makes it resistant to dust and splashing water, so it is suitable for covered terraces, display cases, or semi-exposed areas. Immersion in water or direct exposure to heavy rain is not recommended.
Do I need a driver or transformer to power it?
No, the strip operates directly on the 220V mains voltage. The cable with an EU plug is included in the package, so you connect it directly to the socket.
Can the strip be cut to a length shorter than 5 meters?
Yes, the COB LED strip can be cut at the cutting marks printed on it. The unused segment cannot be reconnected without a specific 220V connector.
